      When a shopping cart is considered abandoned?

      How do we determine when a cart is considered abandoned?

      We synchronize all shopping carts from Magento (aka. Adobe Commerce)

      In Adobe Commerce, there is no native logic for abandoned carts. 

      We added a configuration option to our platform where you can control when a cart becomes abandoned.

      1. On the IdealData platform inside your connection, navigate to: Configuration > Cart
      2. When Abandoned configuration is set to 15 minutes by default.

      Change this property, if the decision & sales process for your business is longer.
