How to connect Adobe Commerce (Magento) with HubSpot

A step by step guide covering how to pull data from the Adobe Commerce platform to HubSpot

You will need to create an account on our platform first. Today, account creation is included into our complimentary onboarding service and the best place to start will be through completion of our onboarding form.

STEP 1 - You can log into your IdealData account, whats next?

When you log in for the first time, you will go through the first time wizard that will guide you through the initial setup.

Step 1: pick an eCommerce platform

In this scenario, you will click on Adobe Commerce platform from the left column.

Next, select where you want to send the data.

Step 2: pick your CRM platform

In this scenario, you will click on HubSpot platform from the right column.

You will be redirected to the configuration screen where you will be able to connect to each selected platform.

Step 3: let's name this integration

Under Connection Name, type a customized name of this connection.

Examples:

  • Magento + HubSpot (LIVE)
  • Magento + Hubspot Integration
  • Magento + HubSpot (Staging)
  • Staging: M+H

This step is critical if you plan to build more than one connection in the future. A clear naming convention will help you navigate your integrations with ease at a later date.

STEP 2 - Connecting to Adobe Commerce (aka. Magento)

Read Magento Integration Keys guide if you need help finding the Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Token, and Secrets in Magento (aka. Adobe Commerce).

  • Shop URL - this is the URL of your Adobe Commerce store (eg. https://shop.mycompany.com)
  • Populate integration keys (where can I find those?):
    • Consumer Key
    • Consumer Secret
    • Token
    • Secret
  • Click Save

If the shop URL and integration keys are correct, you will see a green indicator that the connection to the Adobe Commerce platform is successful.
