Shopify support, smarter customer profiles, product velocity tracking, Google Search Console data, and more — everything we shipped this month was built around one idea: you shouldn't need a data team to know what's happening in your business.
Shopify stores can now connect. We built a full Shopify integration from the ground up. If your store runs on Shopify, you can now bring your products, customers, and orders into the platform and start seeing the same signals and intelligence that Magento users have access to. Everything syncs automatically — no manual exports, no spreadsheets.
See your customers in a completely new way. We redesigned how customer data is presented so that anyone on your team — not just analysts — can open a customer profile and immediately understand what's going on. You'll see their repurchase cycle with a live countdown to their next expected order, their lifetime value, average order value, how many orders they've placed, and how long it's been since their last purchase. It's the kind of clarity that used to require a BI tool and a data team.

Know which products are growing and which are quietly declining. Every product in your catalog now has a velocity profile — how fast it's selling, whether that pace is accelerating or decelerating, and where the trend is heading. If a product has gone dormant, the platform will show you exactly how long the gap has been and estimate the revenue impact of that slowdown. You'll stop finding out months later that something stopped moving.

See your Google rankings next to your sales data. Connect your Google Search Console account and the platform will pull in your organic search performance — which products are getting traffic, which search terms are sending visitors to your store, and where each product ranks on Google. Paired with your sales and inventory data, this gives you a complete picture of what's driving demand and where you might be missing it.

Your highest-value customers now get their own alerts. VIP customers are treated differently on the platform. If one of them abandons a cart, goes quiet, or shows signs of churn, you get a dedicated signal — separate from everything else. These aren't customers you want to lose to a follow-up that never happened.

Cart activity is tracked in real time. We rebuilt how the platform processes cart data so that signals fire faster and more accurately. You'll see cart lifecycle metrics on customer profiles, and when a cart converts, the platform immediately updates that customer's revenue and behavior metrics.
Revenue numbers that stay current without any manual work. Month-over-month comparisons, trailing 12-month revenue tracking, and customer lifetime value calculations now update automatically on a regular schedule. Your team always has a current, accurate picture of revenue performance — no one needs to run a report or refresh a dashboard.
A cleaner, faster way to navigate your data. We redesigned the navigation so that finding what you're looking for — whether it's a customer, a product, or a signal — takes fewer clicks. The platform is getting faster and more intuitive as the data inside it gets richer.
